The University of Siena and its Department of Biotechnology Chemistry & Pharmacy (Department of Excellence 2018-2022) announces the 9th Edition of the European Workshop in Drug Synthesis (EWDSy) for researchers from Universities and the Pharmaceutical Industry.
The Workshop will take place from 21st -24th May 2023 at the beautiful Certosa di Pontignano, an old Carthusian monastery in the middle of Chianti countryside, located just 4 Km north from the Medieval city of Siena, Tuscany.
Topics will include antimicrobial resistance, green and sustainable chemistry, DNA-encoded libraries, as well as a poster session and a drug discovery group exercise coordinated by Symeres.
Our Head of Business Development Russ Thomas and Director of Innovation and Business Development André de Vries will be presenting at this event.
