Register for webinar: What Large Cell Panel Profiling Reveals About Your ADC
Join us on for a live webinar exploring how large cell panel profiling and bioinformatics analysis can help de-risk antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) development by identifying predictive response markers, improving patient selection and providing deeper insight into mechanism of action.
📍 Tuesday 29 September 2026
⏱️ 9:00 EST | 2.00pm BST | 3.00pm CEST
⌛ 45 min (max) presentation followed by an interactive 15 min Q&A
Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) hold huge therapeutic promise, but proving biological relevance and selectivity early can make or break a program’s path to development. In this webinar, we’ll show how large cell panel profiling combined with bioinformatics analysis can be used to identify and validate predictive ADC response markers — giving you the insight needed to understand which patient populations could benefit from therapy, confirm mechanism of action, and reduce risk before committing to costly later-stage work. We’ll also show that large panel profiling data provide hypotheses for resistance mechanisms and share data to support these hypotheses.
This webinar is particularly relevant for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies developing ADCs who are looking to strengthen candidate selection, improve translational confidence and reduce development risk.
Key Learnings
- Understand how to monitor ADC activity and selectivity through use of large cell panel profiling
- Understand why bioinformatics analysis is crucial to determine predictive ADC response markers
- Discover how large cell panel profiling can aid in improving patient selection for targeted therapies
- Learn more about how to generate hypotheses regarding payload resistance

Meet the Speakers
Janneke Melis is an Account Manager at Oncolines with a scientific background in Biomedical Sciences and preclinical oncology research.
After joining Oncolines as a Master’s intern in 2019, she worked on oncology drug discovery projects before moving into a client-facing role. Janneke has managed numerous preclinical studies, including ADC-focused programmes, and has contributed to the development of Oncolines’ ADC services. Her combination of laboratory and project management experience enables her to help clients make informed decisions throughout the drug discovery process.
Mandy Drossaert-Smeets, Ph.D., is Team Leader of the Mechanistic Cell Biology group at Oncolines, part of Symeres, where she leads studies investigating mechanism of action and translational biology for oncology drug development.
She joined Oncolines in 2021 after completing an MSc in Infection and Immunity at Utrecht University and a PhD in Pediatric Oncology at Erasmus MC Rotterdam, where her research focused on the role of the bone marrow microenvironment in childhood B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Mandy has extensive expertise in cell culture, co-culture systems, cell sorting and flow cytometry.
