Strategic Alliances
For nearly a decade, Symeres has built strategic alliances with trusted scientific partners to expand the expertise and technologies available to our clients—all under a single contract. By combining specialized capabilities into unified, agile teams, we provide seamless access to scientific excellence at every stage of drug discovery and development.
From early discovery through IND and towards NDA
Symeres delivers integrated drug discovery and development programs that stay connected from the first hit to the regulatory filing. Each program is shaped around its scientific needs, with continuity as it moves from discovery into development.
To achieve this, we combine our in-house expertise in drug discovery, ADME-Tox and CMC development with complementary technologies from carefully selected strategic partners. We manage these partnerships for our clients, so they get one coordinated program without needing to manage several providers.

Partners chosen for science, communication and pace
We choose alliance partners for the strength of their science, communication and logistics. Each brings a scientific track record at the same level we hold ourselves to, works to communication standards that keep every discipline aligned around the same decision, and sits close enough — organizationally and logistically — that high quality compounds, data and feedback can move quickly between chemistry and biology, keeping design-make-test cycles moving at the speed we demand.
Integrated technologies for smarter drug discovery
Connected science, from first hit to early GMP supply
One connected programme, not a set of separate services
Symeres connects medicinal chemistry, in vitro pharmacology, solid-state chemistry, phase-appropriate ADME profiling, process development and CMC into one continuous small-molecule program. Through our strategic alliances, that same approach extends to partner expertise in target biology, assay development, screening, and structural or biophysical characterization, brought into the program wherever it’s needed, from early target and hit assessment through to candidate selection. The result is one accountable scientific team, rather than a handover between separate organizations.
