Symeres’ daughter company Organix just got the keys to their new chemistry lab building, close to their current Headquarters in Woburn, just outside Boston MA.
This brand new 50,000 square ft (ca. 5000 m2) facility will be transformed in the coming months into state-of-the-art chemistry labs, with capacity for 100 chemists. It will give our US biotech and pharma clients significant further local support for synthetic chemistry, including in-depth knowledge in the field of lipids, and create a significant employment opportunity for talented organic chemists in the USA.
This expansion of Organix, following its acquisition earlier in 2022, is one part of the overall Symeres buy-and-build strategy in the USA and Europe, both in chemistry from the mg to kg scale and in integrated drug discovery.
